How it works
From blank page to a draft you can review
Free to use. No account. Nothing you type is saved or sent.
- 1
Pick a template
Open the library and choose a document: the SPCC fact-gathering worksheet, Clean Marina self-checklist, slip lease, storm plan, fuel dock procedure, staff handbook starter, fuel and oil inspection log, boat storage agreement or spill response card.
- 2
Fill in the blanks
Type your marina's details into the form. They show up in the draft as you type. Anything you leave empty stays as a bracketed blank, like [Marina name], so you can write it in by hand later.
- 3
Print, save as PDF or copy
Use the print button. Only the document prints, not the website around it. Most browsers let you choose "Save as PDF" in the print window. Or use Copy text to paste the filled-in document into your own word processor.
- 4
Review before you use it
Each template is a starting draft. Have your attorney, engineer or the right agency review it, and check your state's rules.
What these templates are and are not
- They are starting drafts written by the Roofus Ventures team.
- They are not government forms, and no agency has reviewed them.
- The SPCC worksheet only gathers facts. It is not an SPCC plan.
- Clean Marina programs are run by states. Check your state program's checklist.
- A starting draft, not legal advice. Have your attorney or agency review before use.
